Welcome New CEO, Stacy Sikes


MARIANNA, FL – Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, ACA is excited to announce that Stacy Sikes has officially joined as Chief Executive Officer.
Before joining Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, Sikes was the Director of Farm Credit EXPRESS at Horizon Farm Credit, where he helped grow the program to over half a billion dollars in volume while maintaining strong credit quality. He also previously worked as a Loan Officer for AgSouth Farm Credit, focusing on building relationships and serving rural communities.
Sikes and his wife Shannon are excited to grow their roots in Northwest Florida. With his background on a family farm, Sikes brings a deep understanding of the agricultural community and a personal commitment to its success.
“My top priorities include getting to know our employees, borrowers, and the agricultural community to build strong, collaborative relationships,” said CEO Stacy Sikes. “I also plan to focus on ensuring financial stability, ensuring our members continue to receive excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth across Northwest Florida.”
