Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, ACA Selects New CEO
MARIANNA, Fla. – Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, ACA (www.farmcredit-fl.com) announces the selection of W. Stacy Sikes as its new Chief Executive Officer effective April 1, 2025. Mr. Sikes brings significant experience within the Farm Credit System and the financial services industry. In the interim, Chief Lending Officer Mike Digmon is serving as CEO.
Mr. Sikes comes to Farm Credit of Northwest Florida from Horizon Farm Credit, ACA where he was the Director of Farm Credit Express, a technology-based point-of-sale equipment financing program developed to assist in the purchase or lease of farm equipment, irrigation systems, and agricultural commodity and equine trailers from dealers. Farm Credit Express has generated over $500 million in loan and lease volume for Farm Credit System associations. Mr. Sikes also previously served as a loan officer/area vice president for AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA.
Mr. Sikes grew up on a family farm near Cobbtown, Georgia and is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and the University of Georgia Banking School. He is also a graduate of the Toombs/Montgomery Business Leadership Program. Stacy and his wife Shannon are excited about their upcoming move to Northwest Florida and new professional and personal opportunities.
