Coronavirus update: How Farm Credit of Northwest Florida Will Continue to Serve You
To our valued member-borrowers and friends,
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is taking steps to keep our member-borrowers and employees safe, and our systems and services running, in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
We have activated our Business Continuity Plan, which includes a comprehensive response and are following guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local health agencies in the areas we serve. Our goal is to ensure a dynamic and appropriate response to the risk from this virus.
We are taking actions to keep our products and services fully available and have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols at all of our locations.
Be assured you can reach out to your local Farm Credit office and we are available to meet your needs. We also encourage you to use our digital banking platform Digital Banking to access your accounts and make payments. Digital Banking is a free service for our members and eliminates your need to visit a branch office. Please call us at 800-527-0647 if you need assistance getting started with or using Digital Banking.
You can find the latest information on the coronavirus and how to limit risk of infection by calling the CDC hotline at 1-800-232-4636 or by visiting www.cdc.gov/covid19. You may also visit the Florida Department of Health website for more local information http://www.floridahealth.gov/.
As always, our highest priority is the health and safety of our member-borrowers and employees, as well as the communities we serve. If there's anything we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to reach out to your loan officer.
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. Remember: We're in this together.
