Coronavirus Update: How Farm Credit of Northwest Florida Continues to Serve You

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is monitoring guidance provided by the state of Florida, and local health agencies in the areas we serve, to continue serving the financing needs of our rural and agricultural communities while keeping our member-borrowers and employees safe.

On Thursday, April 30, 2020, Governor DeSantis addressed guidance for slowly reopening more businesses in the state of Florida while continuing to address needed social distancing. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Farm Credit has met the credit needs of new and current members with most staff working remotely. For now, we will continue to keep our offices closed to the public.  Beginning Monday, May 11, a number will be posted at the entrance to each of our offices for those with prearranged appointments to meet with a lender or for those needing to deliver or pick-up items. For those needing to enter our office, disposable masks and gloves will be available. All meetings will be held in a well-ventilated room where recommended social distancing can be practiced. All of our locations will continue under enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols.

Although Farm Credit of Northwest Florida offices will be open to prearranged appointments as needed, we encourage new and current members to continue utilizing online and phone services to conduct business as much as possible.

  • Current members can use Digital Banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to view accounts, check transaction histories and make payment. Learn more
  • Download the Farm Credit of Northwest Florida app in your mobile app to view account balances, recent transactions and make payments. (Note: you must be enrolled in Digital Banking to use the app). You can find the Farm Credit of Northwest Florida app in your mobile device's app store.
