Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is returning $3 million to its 916 member-owners through a patronage refund approved by its board of directors. The refund represents 20.86 percent of the interest customers paid on their loans last year.
A brief Annual Stockholder Business Meeting of Farm Credit of Northwest Florida will be held May 20, 2016 at the Marianna Administrative Office at 8 a.m. (CDST).
Handcrafted ice cream is on the menu at Southern Craft Creamery, a family-owned business in Marianna. The family also owns a dairy farm – Cindale Farms – which is where the milk used in the ice cream comes from.

The Florida Senate and House of Representatives both recently adopted resolutions honoring Farm Credit on its 100th anniversary.
Each summer Florida 4-H camps are bustling with 4-H volunteers, staff, and youth enjoying their week long residential camping experience. As a significant delivery mode in experiential learning, residential camping annually is home to nearly 4000 youth participants and 250 volunteers and agents.
