Join our Agribusiness Lending team as a Loan Specialist Trainee and play a key role in ensuring customer advocacy and building long-lasting relationships. Farm Credit of Northwest Florida, with offices in Monticello, Tallahassee, Marianna, Milton, and Jay, is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Loan Specialist Trainee in the Marianna office. This position will promote the Farm Credit brand along with our competitive loan products, services, and programs. This will be achieved by collecting/reviewing supporting loan documentation and following all established company and regulatory guidelines with attention to loan quality in an administrative role. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related field. The candidate must demonstrate a high level of diplomacy, superior communication skills, and be highly organized.
