Assistant to Executive Management

Are you a motivated, focused and progressive thinker?  Does being a part of a team that aids in helping rural America grow sound appealing? Farm Credit of Northwest Florida with offices in Marianna, Monticello, Tallahassee, Milton and Jay is seeking an Assistant to Executive Management for the Marianna office. The position would work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to help advance efficient and compliant Association operations through a primary focus on areas of regulatory compliance, policy administration and the tracking and implementation of new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Business or related field and three to five years of administrative experience in lending or the Farm Credit System. Similar experience in a title company or legal setting would be considered. Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a full benefit package. Proficient in English and Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
