Loan Officer

The position will service an existing portfolio and center around formulating business development strategies to service agriculture in the community. The Loan Officer will use his/her knowledge of finance and agriculture to provide value added business and financial services to customers and prospective customers by matching products and services to those needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Agriculture and a minimum of 5 years of commercial or agricultural lending experience. Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K. Mortgage Loan Processor

Join our Home Lending team as a Mortgage Loan Processor and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships. Farm Credit of Northwest Florida with offices in Monticello, Tallahassee, Marianna, Milton and Jay is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor.  This position will work closely with mortgage loan originators to process residential loans and assume responsibilities for completion of all applicable disclosures and loan processing. They will be responsible for establishing work priorities and ensuring an excellent customer experience internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years mortgage loan processing experience. This position will be based out of one of the offices in Northwest Florida. Salary is commensurate with experience and up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K. Proficient in English and Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
