Commercial Loan Officer - Milton Office
Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer for the Milton office. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining and servicing an existing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Agriculture and 5 years of commercial or agricultural lending experience. Florida Certified General Appraiser - Marianna Office

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a staff Florida Certified General Appraiser for the Marianna office.  Responsibilities include providing an opinion of the market value of agricultural properties for lending purposes. Three to five years of appraisal experience as a Certified General Appraiser preferred with an emphasis on agricultural land.  Travel within the 18 county chartered territories is required.  Strong analytical ability required to gather quantitative and qualitative data and render a professional opinion of value based upon USPAP and FCA guidelines.
